Health tips

I will be using this page to post recipes that I have tried and what I use on a regular basis to help me maintain my ‘endo’ condition. I prefer to eat healthy, meaning no milk/dairy, less meat which I eat perhaps once or twice in a two week period, ice-cream once in a while, no sugar or tiny amount per month (we get it from our fruits anyway).

I will be listing ingredients for recipes and adding links that others can find useful.
